Tyringe made itself known as a health resort at the beginning of the 20th century through the establishment of the Tyringe sanatorium and bathing establishment, radium source and more hotels, guest houses and rest homes. The grandest building in this context is probably Tyringe Kurhotell.

Ride your bike past the train station and on the edge of the village is the FCT Köpcenter, which could be depicted as a modern general store in the vernacular, sometimes called “Lilla Ullared”. If you missed out eating or having a coffee in central Tyringe, there is the opportunity to do so here as well.

Don't miss Torsjö Live, the music festival organized at the end of June/start of July every year. 

The trail meanders further west along cosy dirt roads in a beautiful landscape where relatively small-scale agriculture is operated. Alpaca Ekofarm Hultet has a variety of exciting animals on the farm, everything from alpacas and mini-Shetland ponies to goats and cows. Book an alpaca trekking tour or a farm tour and learn more about the animals on the farm. The farm shop sells yarn, wool products and more.

If you've gotten a little sweaty from your bike ride, a dip at Ugglebadet in Perstorp can freshen you up. There are heated outdoor pools, diving towers and water slides.

Perstorp is known for, among other things, the production of vinegar and a short distance from the train station you can see the "world's largest bottle of vinegar". Perstorp plastic and the Perstorp plate with the Virrvarr pattern are other well-known products which originate in the locality. Put in a visit to Plastens Hus and take part in interesting knowledge about how plastics have shaped our time and our lifestyles, but also much more about Perstorp's industrial history.
